What I chose is the Apple Watch. I chose Apple Watch because I think Apple wants to make its own contribution to human health. I think this idea is very worthy of encouragement. I mainly did some searches on Facebook. I have observed that most people are making positive comments about the Apple Watch. I think this is the style that Apple has always been, and its products are easily accepted by the general public. I also found some negative comments. Some people say that Apple Watch does not have certain autonomous functions and often fails.
The value proposition of the Apple Watch is to monitor the physical condition of the user group who needs an Apple mobile phone to effectively monitor. This is also a derivative product of the Apple mobile phone. Apple Watch can make exercise more convenient, it can also make people more clearly see their own body indicators.

Because of my personal experience, I feel that Apple ’s ability to answer questions online is not perfect. I once asked about the battery problem of Apple's mobile phone, and the customer service didn't reply to me after two days. Later I had to choose to go to the Apple store to consult. When a wide range of consumers has encountered such problems, they may not try to seek help from Apple, instead of seeking help from netizens.
I think Apple should respond to these consumers. Because this is the demand of the majority of consumers, it is also an obligation of Apple. If I am an Apple company manager, I will create a separate technical consulting account and arrange an efficient answer. I believe this will greatly increase Apple's product sales. I always think that after-sales service is also an important part of marketing.
